Good points:: Looks good, takes good pictures.
Bad points:: Having lots of trouble answering calls, it just cuts off for some reason. Takes way to long to open emails and face book items. It's not just this phone, my wife has the Desire S and she has similar problems. We will not be getting HTC's again !!!!!
