- VERY easy to install step by step instructions with diagrams, and downloadable software as I don't have a disk drive! no wires!

- E asy to use printer, I have had an earlier model taking the same 300 cartridges. This is why i picked this model

- but It took me about 2 hours to set it up to my computer, have not tried to use the wireless facility, I dont really need to use the wireless part but if i did I dont understand the directions. In fact the instruction leaflet is very sparse which i think is unsatisfactory. Anyone buying this model as a first time user would probably have difficulty
