+ Lovely picture and design

- Nome of the instructions for installation were in English

+ I like this PC, and I'm glad that I bought it. The Processor is quite fast, great for gaming. The various ports for expansion bays, media drives and smart media cards was a bigger help than I thought it was going to be when I first got the computer.

- the built in soundcard isn't half as good as I thought it might be, the sound is low no matter what you do. There is only one disk drive (sucks for listening to music on a cd and burning at the same time). The mouse is a nightmare though, for some reason that annoyed me more than anything.

+ I found HEWLETPACK A6744UK E2220 so easy to set up and operate,It is the fastest computer i have owned
also with the larger screen everything is a lot clearer now,
This is the first time i have used Vista 64 Bits and i find it easier to use and better than the old XP program i was using.

- The tower seems to attract the dust apart from that i can't think of anything else

- Suffice to say, you need to buy external speakers for decent sound.

+ Very easy to set up, Vista works well and making back up discs easy. Monitor set up easy as well. It also looks very good.

- Dvd Rom button hidden when open, has to be pushed to go bakc in.
Too many 'free' half programmes which are trying to get you buy full versions.
Time limited anti virus and Word,
I was aware of all this before I bought and feel I got good value for money.

+ The fan is very silent and generally the PC is very quiet. The specification is very good. I have 4 times the amount of memory/disk space at home compared to my office!
