Score 9.0/10+ The screen quality is good, the keyboard feels great and the overall look and feel is very good.
- I remain wary of the fingerprint access as a stand alone security arrangement as my husband got in fine using his finger instead of mine!

Score 10.0/10+ I love it!!! For the moment I can't point any bad factors, it is working great in comparison with my old acer. it doesn;t make so much noise, doesn;t get so hot, it doesn;t crush and it is fast. it is worth the money! I work on autocad 2009 without any problem, something that was rally difficult with my old laptop. I recomend this product!

Score 9.0/10+ Everything good in overall
- touchpad seems too small because there is a button to switch it off, between keyboard and touchpad. This button could be in different place or switching off touchpad could be done using software. Touchpad sensitivity also could be better.

Score 2.0/10+ design This laptop looks really good, with a great screen and great spec!!!

The first thing i was dissapointed in was the fact it came minus its little remote for the dvd and media, although after contacting dixons about this, they did send me a replacement, which was far from ideal as it was not an H.P. Remote and was the size of an normal t.v remote with a seperate i.r dongle..
The laptop has now been sent back for repair after only one week.
Problems..
1.when started the computer only showed a black screen, so you had to restart to get windows running,
2. when you got to windows it was very very slow startup and with all its spec it run slower than my two year old 1gb laptop..
3. if lifted or moved the screen would flicker and look like it was broke, then the computer would shutdown,
when restarted you would have to wait for it to run loads of test screens(which would sometimes just hang, so you had to restart all over again)
by all means this should be a great laptop, and i will be very happy if they can sort the problems with it...
but for now i can't recomend it
