Print quality is very good for a cheapish all in one wireless printer. Single sheet mono printing is quite fast for the type of printer.
I had no problems downloading Windows 8 software to run the printer.
Wireless printing is a great improvement over using cables. - Bad points:

Duplex printing is painfully slow, as the printer allows time for the ink to dry before printing side two.
It's probably the location and signal strength of my wireless router rather than the printer, but sometimes printing stops part way through and has to be redone which is a bit annoying and wastes paper/ink.

- everything is good on this printer...i set it up by myself, i'm nearly 62 and not very techy....standard of printing is good, fast and dry very quick. loads of programs and it does print on greeting cards which i purchased this soley for...Everone wants to use it now tho! i purchased this printer on offer and didn't expect it would be as good. no dissapointment at all.
- Bad points:
- not really a bad point but is bigger than i thought....worth it tho....moved things on desk and fitted in....just remember to measure if you have a smallish space for a printer. when switched on it takes a few mins to settle itself, but again still worth it.

- Good points:
- Wireless is good once it is set up, although the instructions were not correct and the machine set up automatically. Nice design. Autofeed very useful for multipage copying. Scanning good - good reproduction and easy scan storage. Would recommend for home use. Nice big paper tray so that you do not have to keep feeding it.
- Bad points:
- It is annoying that there is no paper manual - basic fault with all electronic equipment these days. There was nothing to tell you how to set up double sided printing and the machine defaults to single sided. It was trial and error with waste of paper and I have not yet found if it is possible to set this as a default print. The integral manual did not answer the questions I was asking.

- The print quality is good. When in hibernation the flashing light gently pulses rather than flashes as the old model did which used to distract me as it was in my field of vision.
- Bad points:
- It's slow to wake up (much like my wife) and pauses during printing.
