- The only good thing abut this printer is its size and weight.
- Bad points:
- Every time I tried to use it, it says busy printing or paper jam when nothing was jammed. It is a nightmare.

- Good points:
- Nice size, fits on my desktop, works well, looks good, does what it says on the box.
- Bad points:
- For the most part, everything works as it should but my gripe about it is, I cannot enlarge the typeface size. Every time I set the typeface size, it automatically goes to a small setting again. This is after I have altered the settings on my pc as recommended by the HP instruction re: the printer. Also, after a while the printer starts to tick like a clock.
