Good points:: Never had any issues with HP Printers and this model is not only a decent Laser Printer it also has Fax, Copy and Scan features which is ideal for my small office.
Bad points:: Quality of build is not what HP used to be feels a little flimsy especially the flaps and paper trays. Saying that I don't expect personally to have any issues but maybe in a busy environment with lots of use could be an issue.

Good points:: Easy to set up.
Works with a combined network of PC's, Macs & iPads.
Excellent print quality in both colour & mono
Bad points:: Fax is proving to be a bit of awkward thing to set up - still not 100% reliable on fax receiving.
