- ONE OF THE MAIN DEFECT IS THAT ITS MS WORD IS ASKING FOR A 15 DIGIT CODE. WE ARE BUYING THE LAPTOP BY POURING SO MUCH OF MONEY AND AGAIN THEY NEED ANOTHER SOFTWARE TOOL TO BE UPDATED. SO WE NEED THE FULL PRODUCT OF ANYTHING THAT IS INSTALLED IN THE LAPTOP.

- Sleek design and easy to use. Keys are positive and light to touch. The laptop is so light compared with my last one and is very simple to set up. Having 3 USB ports is so useful and now I'm used to working with Windows 7 I am delighted with my purchase.
