- The nice black gloss finish shows up every fingerprint, the laptop came in a plain brown box, expected a proper retail box.

Score 9.0/10+ As new -- can't believe it is reconditioned! Keyboard positive and responsive, with the numeric pad a real bonus. And the 17" screen is a huge improvement over my previous machine (Gateway). Can't comment on the battery life, as I am using it with mains supply in the meantime.
- Haven't found any yet, apart from the finger marks (but, hey! I'm not houseproud).

there were no back up discs had to burn ones myself.

- Only used for 7 days and it broke. Hard drive problem so need to send it back - even this is proving difficult!! Would never buy a reconditioned item again!
