delivered on time, easy to setup, very sharp pictures, quick to power on, these days we have to switch it off and not leave on standby so a real treat that the warn up time is so quick.
quiet, quick, doesn't run if you get water on it like bubble jets, cheeper per page print, I could go on !!!
- the fact that I didn't buy one earlier, and messed about with poor bubble jet printing

Score 10.0/10+ Outstanding print quality across the board - documents with photos look as though they've been professionally press-printed. Text is crisp. Registration is perfect. Physical 'cancel print' button is very handy and can be used to cancel jobs right up to the second before the blank page gets picked up (that's saved me plent of money in wasted prints already)
- None really. Other than the fact that they supplied cartridges are only starter ones, and that the replacements are expensive (but no more so than for other colour lasers)
