+ The machine is quiet - has fantastic spin speed results.

- Standard washing time for a standard 40 degree wash is too long without reducing the spin speed. There should be an option to shorten the wash length but keep the spin speed at a maximum.

+ I cant complain with any of it. Does the job, and its quest plus good value for money. I looked at many other models and settled with this one.

+ Easy to use, good apperance was one of the main factors for purches. Their are many different chocies of washes and times.

+ Very quiet, spin cycle removes nearly all water thus reducing drying time. Most important feature for me is the child lock, no more little fingers stoppng the machine half way through!

+ Very quiet. Large load capacity. Many choice combinations for temperature and type of material being washed. Has extra handwash wool setting that works. Counts down the time to end of wash.

- The countdown doesn't seem to be based on real time and is more approximate. I've put on a 30 minute wash on that took just over 40 minutes. Not so good if you need to be somewhere and planned to hang the washing out before you go! I assume this is something to do with how long it takes to heat up the water. Countdown better just as a guide as not accurate.

+ It works well so far. Provided it lasts for more than three years I'll consider it a good buy.

+ excellent, everything about the washing machine is perfect for a busy working mum of 2. I love the quick wash and that it lets you know how much time is left. Clothes are almost dry after 1600 spin and are very clean, even the kids can use it! (which is a first!!!).
So glad i chose this machine will definetely get another one when the time comes.

- slightly confusing at first to use it but after using manual very easy to use - so not really a bad point just my point of view.

+ Extremely quiet spin at all levels. Large capacity. Programming very versatile such as selecting spin speeds and temperatures independantly.

- Buttons are too sensitive and can be easily de-pressed by accident either altering the programme or turning the m/c ON accidently. Would also like the option to have a half load.

- very long wash cycle for the 40degrees wash cycle - this is not necessarily a negative

+ It is very quiet, has an excellent spin speed (synthetics are practically dry after an extra fast spin).
It's A rated and has a memory function for your favourite programme. It also has a time delay so you can have your washing ready to peg out before breakfast but not all creased up from being in the machine all night! The blue light on the display is very stylish and matches my kettle!!

+ it`s bigger than my last machine,the cycle time is longer but the washing is cleaner and almost dry when cycle finished.it is also quite a nice looking machine as far as washing machines go and i like the lcd display that lets you know exactly how long of the wash cycle is left.

- would like a shorter cycle time,but it`s not too bad and it`s noisier than i thought but overall it is a good product .

+ The 1600 spin speed is fantastic. Clothes are almost dry when they come out of the machine. The silent motor is great ---- all you hear is the drum going round. The machine looks good, it is modern and fits in well under worktop.

- My only gripe is the quick wash doesn't have the 1600 spin, which adds another 20 minutes to the wash.

+ Very good timer for delayed start etc and also energy efficient load size and temperature reduction features.

+ Great Machine anda fantastic improvement on my ancient Hotpoint that had given great service. 1600 spin speed compared to the old 800 means washing comes out almost dry.

- Cycle times are double that of my old machine, I think mainly due only to having a cold inlet which is normal now. Not sure wether this is bad point or not as its common on all modern machines.

- almost too many programmes|!

+ Very quiet; need to keep checking to see if it’s still working. Even on fastest spin it’s possible to hold a telephone conversation without any difficulty. Quietness even extends to no annoying bleeping at end of cycle. Very simple to use and so far been able to get the washing programmes we want without difficulty. Nice positive switches meaning no accidental start up or shut down. Using the fast spin it’s possible to have the washing dry indoors within a couple of hours without a tumble dryer so must save on energy. Only had it a week but if it continues like this we will be more than satisfied with it.

- Washing powder drawer is not the most confident to use but probably no worse than other machines. Other than that none so far.

+ very stylish design,looks smart in my utility room next to my HOTPOINT FRIDGE. Very user friendly and efficient, but washes clothes really well.I AM HIGHLY DELIGHTED WITH ITS PERFORMANCE and I WAS THE PROUD OWNER OF MY PREVIOUS HOTPOINT FOR 13 years and did not need one callout.!!!
