+ Easy to load with wide opening door. Very versatile to use due to separate temperature and spin speed settings. Environmentally responsible with cold washes and half load facilities. Some good extra features without being too confusing to program.

+ Have found everything good about this product, easy to use, good drum size, good spin cycles.

- Nothing bad about this product, I just prefer the old style where you could use a hot water inlet but you cant get these anymore. As you can only use cold some cycles take a long time.

- Paddles inside the drum have broken and fallen out several times now and have needed replacing.
Wash times maybe a little long but wash quality makes up for this.

+ Larger drum means I can do more washing less often and it's easier to get laundry in and out. Lots of variations available to change temperature and spin speed - which I didn't even know I needed but find I do! Seems very stable and reasonably quiet when spinning.

- Cycle times are much longer than my last machine - by about half an hour, even on synthetics wash. Spinning not as quiet as my old machine but not really noisy so really that's just a nitpick.

+ Good Clean Looks and easy to use. We had an old model which was getting very noisy, so not sure if that why I think this is very quiet... but it is quiet!

- Doesn't tell you how long the cycle should be, although it does tell you via some lights where in the cycle it is... also the drum size seems a little small... if I was going to repurchases, I'd probably look for bigger drum size with a slightly faster spin cycle available

+ the instruction is quite stright forward and easy to understand, it didn't has lots of washing functions(about 16) but i only need 3, one for mixed colours, white and quick wash, so it doesn't bother me. it is good value as i know this brand usually quite expensive.

- there is only the one wash which has a short "everyday" cycle, and this happens to be the eco-wash. I should like more varieties of short wash, with perhaps 40 degrees and 30-35 minutes. I should also like a spin with these short everyday washes which extracts more water, as I live in a flat and have some problems with damp washing hanging about.

- The digital computer products are in the base of the machine so that any leaks will immediately damage the electrics of the product.
