+ I didn't want a mission control console, I had no need for timed start or any need to know how long the programme had left, I didn't need a million different programmes that never get used, I just wanted to get the washing done. This model fit the bill perfectly, whilst still looking stylish. Cleans and freshens the clothes as expected, yes I am very happy with this machine.

+ Excellent drier, much faster drying than the gas ones I have previously owned. It looks good, has a great choice of heats and times, dries quickly and leaves clothing crease-free. I would certainly reccommend this product to anyone wanting a tumble drier.

- The door is quite difficult to shut at times doesnt always close first time and you cannot do a mini load on the fast wash

- When using concetrated fabric conditioners at time the section of the draw can become clogged and water then remains in the draw however it is fine when using normal fabric conditioners

- In my opinion the quick cycle does not wash the clothes to a high standard as some soap powder remains on some items.

- The only slight bad point is that the machine can be quite noisy if filled with a heavy load, otherwise we are very happy with our purchase.

+ I would recommend this washing machine, lots of choice for cycles, its quiet, and doesnt make too much noise, a large drum but also half wash option if needed and also looks very stylish. very user friendly didnt need to use the manual for instructions. glad i chose this one.

+ Good points are that cycle times are pretty short for the "average" wash. We've gone from our old washing machine cycle time of 2 1/2 hrs down to 1 1/2 so can't be bad. Seems to use less water too, and I think its using less energy as it is cold fill only. Also drum size is excellent if you do alot of washing.

- Slightly noisy due to fast spin speed, although worth it really as clothes come out pretty dry.
