Good points:: Its a washer and dryer in one
Bad points:: Since having this machine just over 3 years, had the 13th call out today, so far had 2 PCB's, 1 new motor, all bearings replaced, temperature sensors replaced twice, all internal cabling replaced. But most annoyingly the noise the machine makes on spin cycle is deafening, honestly. D&G insurance and Hotpoint wont replace it, so beware you have been warned stay away from this product.

Good points:: The drying function is fantastic. I have no idea if this is because the machine is new, but I haven't had to use a drying time of more than 60 minutes to get perfectly dry clothes. The washing features are also good and I like that the temperature can be reduced on every wash cycle quite easily.
Bad points:: Requires several presses of buttons to achieve the desired cycle - but this is a very minor gripe.
