- Very noisy spin cycle even. Purchased for the reason that it was advertised as being quieter than other models.

+ VERY pleased. If it lasts as long as our last Hotpoint (electronic 1000 plus 9534)-----21 years!----we will be REALLY VERY pleased.It is very quiet compared to our old one & has enough programs to suit all needs ,& once you've got the hang of it all it's easy to use.We like it's looks as well.

- The detergent drawer is still not that easy to remove for cleaning,but better than our old one.Some of the cycle times seem a little long,but perhaps we're impatient! You get that way when you are in your eighties!

Why pay more for something that will only do the same job as this.

A lot of people mention the long cycle times. In my opinion you can select a short wash or let the thing do what it's been made to do and run the full cycle. I would say that running the longer cycle will result in a cleaner wash. Very Happy with our choice.

- It is a bit noisy, but it is a 1600 spin on a suspended floor. So not really surprising

+ The LCD screen makes it easy to use and the time remaining t completion is a key feature. Very quiet operation and has a feel of qulaity build.

- Would like to have had option of a very quick spin at chosen speed - say three mins
Also would like to have a 'quick' wash i.e. less than hour.

+ The washer is very quiet, i've actually paused it a number of tiimes by pressing the start button again because i thought it wasn't on!
All clothes nice and clean and plenty of cycles to choose.

+ Drum size, Door (opening) size, great choice of programmes PLUS each one is adjustable, control within programs (eg stopping in the middle etc) extra features (memory, spin only, drain only, wool wash, 2 different quick washes), very quiet, dispenser drawer comes out at a better angle to add detergents, very pretty!

+ The noise is reduced and also the display tells you how long your wash is and counts down, very useful factor for me. I also liked the fact that there is a child lock facitility on there and you do not have to wait 2 minutes after the wash is finished before you can open the door.

- On featured cycle washes you could only limit the wash time by reducing the temperature or spin, would be nice it you could reduce the time but still be able to choose what temperature and spin cycle you would like to use. Also, you can not use the half load on feature cycle washes.
