- Can't get that much in the dishwasher had a Zanussi before and was able to get everything in it.
The noise is very loud.

+ Easy to plum in, operate, move about if required and the eco cycle gives perfect results.

- I've heard quieter dishwashers but really not a bad point since the good points more than out-weigh this.

+ The slimline size this enables it to be placed in a smaller kitchen. I like the delay facility to enable you to run it through the night on economy electric

- Having previously had a full size Hotpoint dishwasher with the delay facility I would have preferred the delay function to be in one hour steps instead of three hour steps. The racks do not slop enough for the water to run of off mugs.

+ Having had my last Hotpoint dishwasher for over twenty years without ever having a problem i had to go for Hotpoint again. Most reliable and best price.

Sometimes need to hand dry, but that's if you leave the dishes in too long.

- I find the upper compartment is not so well designed as it doesn't allow enough height to sit wine glasses or tumblers properly. I think the Eco programme still seems to take a long time, over an hour to complete a cycle seems much longer than my old machine whick took about 40 minutes on economy.

Cycle selection indicator could be brighter.

- takes too long. dosn't dry properly. cutlery box badly placed. salt container in awkward place, not easy for filling.
salt and rinse air lights flash even when not needed. SORRY NOT A PATCH IN ANY WAY AS GOOD AS MY PREVIOUS DISHWASHER WHICH WAS A BOSCH.

+ i am disabled therefore i am able to keep dishes washed and packed away regularly.

- i find the bottom cutlery tray is in an awkward position and loading is not as straightforward as i would like.

+ Compared with the old Hotpoint Dishwasher it is nice to have different programmes also the time lapse but that about allI the good points

- It does not dry as well as the last Hotpoint Dishwasher that I had for over 15 years I wish I had kept it now If I need to get another Dishwasher or Washing machine I don`t think it will be another Hotpoint

- large plates tend to catch when put at the end of racks.
Not enough room for glasses etc when using top rack for small plates and dishes

+ Good washing and drying performance. Slimline shape fits in well with the location we chose to put it. Overall good value for the money. Seems economical with washing tablets and rinse aid. We live in a soft water area so I don't expect high usage of regeneration salt or rinse aid.

- The rack for knives, forks and larger spoons sometimes gets in the way of the loading which I need.

+ Easy to get the baskets in and out without it falling off rollers. Like the fast wash, most times if we rinse the worst off the plates, this is sufficient

- Confused about the eco wash which we thought was economical but in fact take 2.25 hours

- You dont know when the wash cycle has finished unless you happen to be in the room when the 2 beeps sound.
As the Drying Cycle keeps flashing at the end even though the cycle has finished :-(

+ Early days, but up to press it has been very good. It washes really clean even on the lowest setting.

+ This is a small dishwasher - however it is even smaller than expected. The top draw cannot easily accept wine glasses. It's too small for any real saucepan washing. However after all of the above - this is a cheap slim line dishwasher and has enough cycle choices so as not to feel as if it's the most bog standard choice out there. If you are looking for a reliable, cheap dishwasher and don't need to wash wine glasses often then this could be just the dishwasher for you!

- Seems flimsier than my old hotpoint slimline dishwasher

Although slimline it takes more than enough for a three person family.

+ It is exactly what it says, slimline and suited our purposes as a second dishwasher in a busy family activity especially as meals are often split and its not necessary to load the full version all the time. We cant fault this machine as it does exactly what we want it to do. We would certainly reccomend it to friends especially those with similar washing up needs.

- When you pull out the top shelf it keeps comming off the runner.
The rinse and salt refill light come on even when refill not needed
Its no good for larger items.
Suitable for a single person, not a family

+ I have only needed to use the fast & dry program and have been very happy with it.

- tall glasses tend to fall over if not careful, but no real problem

+ Used twice a day, always cleans perfectly... especailly glasses, that our old machine could deal with.. The timer function is a good send...load it up after tea, select the 6 hour delay time and it cleans during the night, saving us electricity. !

- None really, can fit our wine glasses on top shelf, so still have to wash by hand.

+ Not to noisy -cleans well- no streaks.

- Understand from call out technician who confirmed with the factory that 'drying' Indicator light will stay ON with the 'ON' light after the wash has finished. This drying indicator light would stay lit even over a weekend, till the main red switch was turned OFF. It is green light however!

+ The size is just right as there is only two of us . I like the fact that i do not have to wash up three times a day . I soon got use to loading it . very easy to work . the best thing for me is after I have cooked the eveing meal I don't have to wash up.

- I think that the only thing that I find wrong with it is the cutlery basket . Things get court in it but apart from that its great
