- Large capacity, well laid out shelving and door pocket guides. Deep door pockets. Colour (graphite) & style. Looks & feels like a quality product.
- Bad points:
- None with complete item but...Some internal storage items were missing due to "quality" issues with Hotpoint' suppliers. Took 2 1/2 months from purchase to receive final missing item.

- Good points:
- lots of salad drawers, and cheese compartment, glass shelves make finding stuff easy.
- Bad points:
- Only one door shelf thats useable for large bottles, which is not deep enough, great for 6 pint milk cartons not so good for bottles wine / coke. other shelves have no height allowance.
