Spec implies it is FROST FREE. It Isn't. Only the Fridge is (like all fridges!): the FREEZER has to be manually defrosted and indeed has the usual drain channel at the front bottom. Would have bought a different model if this had been clearer.
Door shelves in fridge are a joke. In order to allow a 2L bottle to be stored on the bottom shelf the two non adjustable (but removable , WHY?) shelves are not tall enough for sauce bottles or even jam jars. Incidentally if you reposition the door to be opened the opposite way to supply position the 2L bottle is on the outside edge and will put a strain on the hinge. The many unneeded options to store wine and beer take up otherwise useful space and make me wonder if the designer was an alcoholic. Clearly designed "because we can" rather than "because it is good/useful/asked for"
I haven't complained or tried to get a refund as it is a fitted unit and I can't be bothered with the hassle. I wouldn't buy on line again without first trying to see the appliance on the shop floor.
Another problem is that the fridge system creates water on the back wall which is supposed to drain away. It doesn't : it just accumulates on the shelves. Care has to be taken with food wrapped in card or paper which stick to the shelves. This may also contaminate the contents..

- Good points:
- for an integrated fridge freezer this has plenty of room - ample drawer space ine the freezer and I like the the shelf configaration in the fridge - good idea having ice cube makers in the drawers not many cubes but enough for a couple of drinks!
