- Good points:
- Makes the best of available space for a built-in model which of necessity is narrower than a stand-alone model. Supply via Whitebox was prompt and well-managed.
- Bad points:
- The single installation sheet with a few diagrams was not clear and did not explain the purpose of several extra parts included in the kit. I eventually got an explanation of these by email - some irrelevant and some seemingly not fitting properly anyway. My biggest concern was 2 of 4 sliders missing - each door should have two pairs of sliders & rails but we had 4 rails and only 2 sliders. Two attempts to get Hotpoint to send on a new installation kit failed, presumably because they could not get the postcode right.

- Brilliant value, both compartments are spacious and very smart as an integrated appliance. We are very pleased.
- Bad points:
- Instructions to fit the fridge/freezer were not clear. Only one sheet of picture instructions so was left guessing how to fit. Once we worked it out it was quick to install.

Lack of height in fridge and depth of shelf in door.Two big milks only just fit in.
These bad points are probably due to the fact my last fridge freezer was a 60/40 appliance. So was use to more space in fridge. Struggle with this fridge to get everything in.

- Ice Cube tray in the door handle pretty u/s as by the time you can get the ice out it has nearly melted, still use my own trays. Great idea it just doesn't work, not really a bad point.
