- the labels for the knobs are under the knobs, thus it makes it difficult to know which is which.

+ The cooker looks pretty good with the silver contrasting knobs and handles. It also has a large sized main oven.

- The main oven takes an extended amount of time to cook basic foods which is a big disappointment.

+ Love the double oven and the overall size (60cm in width). Easy to clean.

- Hob burners can be very noisy at times - a loud hissing. Would have preferred a grill at eye level and not to bend down to use a grill. Difficult to view which hob is which when lighting one: details obscured by knobs.

- Underside of grill pan has a bracket which catches on the wire grill shelf - very annoying. When gas is lit flame goes from high to low, we think it should be low to high.

+ I am delighted that the cooker came with a double oven! However I would have liked the spec to also mention that it is a grill too, as I worried 'til it arrived not knowing if it was a dual oven/grill or not, but thankfully it had!

+ Easy to keep clean, works very well, delighted with it.

- oven shelves lack the facility to pull them part way out before losing stability

+ It is nice simple oven that blends well into any kitchen, it is easy to use and keep clean. The large oven is a good size and the small oven is ideal when cooking small amounts or for one person. It is a good price and compares well with the other cookers in its range.

- I did find that I had accidentally turned he grill on when turning the small oven off and the gas was flowing even though I had not ignited it. The dual control might perhaps be improved to prevent this happening or a safety feature installed that prevents the gas coming through when the igniter is not used. Not sure how practical either of these suggestions are. Apart from that I have not really found anything wrong with it.

Oven takes longer than expected to cook certain items e.g. Joints of meat etc.
Cakes brown on outside and are not sufficiently cooked inside (altough this can be modifed by trial and error)

+ Both the top oven and the main oven work very well, good temperature control.The burners are also very good. The best thing I have found is the grill , I can't believe how much better it is than on my last 2 cookers,fast and equal heating.Really pleased.

- I have found that when cooking something in the main oven there is condensation dripping from the door.1 word of advice is you must get the cooker level.

- you have to lean down to see which knob relates to which burner. it would be benificial to have pictures rather than words, and have them on top of the knobs rather than underneath.
leg extension - the rest of the kitchen worktops are higher (ikeas do two heights of legs) i had to put wood underneath the cooker

+ easy to use,having 2 ovens is very handy when doing a lot of baking or cooking

- top oven sometimes goes off without you noticing.would be better with a removable handle on grill pan to make storage easier

- The grills covering the gas hobs on top of the cooker are not as good as the previous cooker. Much cheaper and not as easy to slide pans across.

+ Gas hob is very easy to clean as the ceramic discs and ceramic supports are removeable. The hob in general performs excellently

- The oven manual states that 15 minutes should be allowed to pre-heat the oven. While 15 minutes is enough to get up to gas mark 5, I have found it takes 30 minutes to reach gas mark 7. I called out an engineer for this problem and was informed that this is not a fault. I believe that the root of this problem is that the indicated gas mark is actually chucking out more heat than the dial setting would suggest (ie a setting of gas mark 5 is more like a 6). If this is taken in to account then the oven is not so slow to heat. My advice is to get a cheap oven thermometer and see how those gas marks correspond directly to the celsius/faranheit scales in the different oven zones. Another bad point is the grill ignition. It very rarely ignites straight away and involves a long button press.Quite often I just use an external flame instead

+ looks good, cooks good, having a small oven is a saving on gas.having the second oven is a great advantage when having guests to dinner.

- had to get the engineer out straight away, large oven didn't work properly, sorted it on the spot.had no problems since.
