- Good points:
- Great size - tall but not too wide, the freezer drawers are nice and deep. Good and sturdy.
- Bad points:
- The doors only open to 90 degrees which is not a problem for me, but some might prefer them to open wider. My only real niggle is that one of the fresh food drawers has no back to it so when opening that drawer things sometimes spill out.

Fridge Freezer Buyers Guide

Fran, Halifax Basic user
Score 9.0/10We like the fresh food drawer for meat and the salad drawer is big enough for a good shop - deep enough to accommodate a cauliflower. Would have liked a bigger wine rack but there is a lot of storage room for bottles, 4 pint milk cartons etc on the deep bottom door shelf.
Although very tall, it looks stylish and is bright white. The door panel controls are easy to use. The freezer capacity is good with two fast freeze drawers at the top and one deep drawer for larger items, plus a smaller drawer. Ice cube racks slot on the side of a drawer for stability.
Previous fridge made pools of water that had to be mopped up but no sign of any problem with this one, thanks to circulating cold air.
LED lights in fridge very bright. The alarm sounds a beeping if the door is not properly shut, which ia a useful feature and not strident or particularly loud.
The super freeze option is useful for freezing a quantity of food quickly.
The door panel controls can helpfully display the temperatures for fridge and freezer settings but there is no indication if it is reaching these temperatures. I bought a separate fridge-freezer thermometer to check.
Why put a label right by the LED lights saying it could be harmful to look into these lights?? You end up looking right at them to read it!
