+ Some useful little features - timer; option of only putting on half the grill; glass door so you can see how your food's getting on; and I'm particularly grateful for the little red lights which tell you that a ring is still hot even when you've switched it off (saves me melting plastic implements by putting them down on a still-hot ring by accident). Seems to heat up (both rings, grill and oven) fairly efficiently for an electric oven too.

+ The use of the grill also bieng an extra oven is very useful when cooking more that 1 meal at a time. Also oven very easy to keep clean.

- 2 of the dials are a little bit confusing, quite a few attempts to get what area of the oven i actually want working to work ie, 1 or 2 sides to the grill.

- Dont like the variable switches on the grill and one large hot plate, instructions dont exactly tell you which way to turn them, I find them confusing.

+ does what it supposed to do - it cooks and cooks well. the speed of heating is good, the performance is overall satisfying.

- the design of the knobs could've been more user-friendly - it is not easy to look up which knob manage which hob (though after some time you'll get used to the layout, so it doesn't matter that much anymore) I would say that the glass surface is not as easy to clean as it was on my previous model. this one seems to be too "glazied", so not only the food stains, but also the spots from the fingers touch becomes visible too much. for some reason I didn't have this problem with my previous model - could be different type of the glass? the back panel would've do it good - to prevent the spilled spots on your kitchen tiles. none of the "bad" points affect the performance of the cooker though. more the matter of comfort of the use.

- Ceramic hob needs regular scraping and polishing with Hobrite (as with most ceramic hobs).

+ Hob and oven heat up quickly and are easy to clean. Attractive design and the grey in particular is a good colour to fit with most kitchens.

- I have to bend to read the labelling of the controls. The handle of the grill pan is not permanently attached, but can be left on if the pan is stored sideways in the oven.

- I always struggle as to which switch controls which ring and always wonder why the writing has to be below the control where it is sheilded from easy view

+ The fan oven temperature was spot on. If instructions on a pack said 190C for 20 minutes that was the perfect timing. Cakes baked to perfection too!

- Not easy to see the wording under the ring control hobs.

- No serious ones at present. Minor concerns over slight tarnishing/staining but could have been as a result of using slightly 'older' kitchen equipment.

the oven cooks evenly unlike my previous one, the fan is quiet and shuts off quickly after onpening the door. the hob rings heat instantly overall i am thrilled with this buy

- the knobs and buttons are easily accessable to children, i have a 16 month old who regulary switches on the hob and oven or sets the timer, now i switch it off by the mains. the outer oven door gets very hot...again if you have children this should be considered

+ Excellent cooker, alot faster cooking than our previous one - double oven and split grill are handy features

- Because we turn our cooker off at the wall after use it means that we have to go through the hassle of programming the timer before usage every time - a childproff feature would be welcome to ensure we dont have to turn it off at the wall - this is applicable when you see how easily accessible the knobs are for turning the rings/oven on Position of nobs is also a problem cos I have to crouch down to see what ring to turn on!

+ Easy to use nothing complicated.Heats up really quick and a great main oven you can see your food cook with that clear oven light.really happy will give the more expensive cookers a run for their money.
Surely this oven should be an A listed instead of B it's really fast in cooking.

- Noticed as soon as cooker was unpacked no drip trays for the ovens,so keep your old ones if you can,mine went away with old cooker,but it's no real hardship as these can be purchased.

+ Efficient oven and hob. Cannot find fault with it. Oven cooks all things evenly. Hob works well too.

- I do not like the grill handle - it does not seem stable when attached to the grill pan, so I am using my previous grill pan (exactly the same pan but with a better handle)

- Open top to over door would allow food to drop inside - I've never seen a door like this.

+ Rounded edges on the hotplate top make it easier to keep clean. Hotplates heat up very quickly. Easily removed ovrn doors are excellent.

+ I like the whole product. It was exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price.

- No bad points at all. The only thing I miss is the splash back of my last cooker.

+ It heats up quickly and with the red lights that indicate when it is cool enough to touch, it is useful when you have small children around.

- I dont like the grill tray and handle, it dosent feel solid enough.

+ Having always cooked by gas, I find the cooker extremely easy to use and efficient and clean. When the top oven is on it's good to be able to heat the plates in the main oven using the warmth from the top oven. Majority of my cooking is done in the top oven.

- On the hob, my cleaning fluid tends to go into the join of the ceramic glass and outside casing of the cooker.
This has to be rubbed out. A small brush has to be used to clean inbetween the timing buttons.

- glass top is hard to keep looking clean after boil overs form the saucepans. Top never looks like it did when first had the cooker. I am afraid to use a scourer as I dont want to scratch the hob too much. Considering this cooker is only 6 months old the hob looks a lot older.

+ Double oven, large bottom oven, removable glass for cleaning.

- Not easy to clean around button controls. It's very easy to knock push buttons and the clock changes very easily if you do this, because of this I have yet to try the presetting of the oven for cooking while out. I replaced my previous hotpoint oven which was of the same spec but 17 years old. The clock control and setting buttons were much better on this.

- Grill pan has a very badly designed handle as it makes the grill pan very unstable when you are picking it up.Quite dangerous when the grill pan is hot and may also have hot fat in it from cooking.

+ the fan assisted oven cooks joints to perfection, i thought my partner had got someone else to do the cooking,hahaha. i even use it too, something i never done before.... yea a good alround peice of hardware.

- had a minor problem with the grill element dropping down, looking at it , a bit of a design fault, but on the whole nothing major after we had it fixed.

- I didnt recieve an instruction book with item so I have had to learn it 'blind'

+ I just love it1 I have had many cookers over the years as I do a lot of home baking and this is the best!!

- Didn't realise that wiring wasn't supplied.
When using the grill, markings on knob are slightly unclear as to if you are using half the grill or all of it.

+ Easy to use, temperature control is good, the new style grill pan handle is a great improvement, no regrets at all about this cooker, I love it!

- The only negative comment I would make is that the information about each ring is written underneath each control knob, not easy to see at all and I think could be improved. Would be better if it was on top of the knob, rather than having to bend to read it. In time you do get to know which knob works which ring, but still have to bend down to check!

+ With it having two ovens you canchoose which one dependind on the amount you are cooking, grille easy to operate, hobs heat up quick and easy to clean, love the little lights at the front of the hobs which tell you what hob is hot.
