- Good points:
- We just wanted an all round gas oven including the grill as well but not impressed with this one, as other people have said there is no decent handle to the grill and you have to watch you don't burn your fingers taking food from the grill.
- Bad points:
- Have had 3 visits so far from Hotpoint for repair due to the top oven going out during cooking, but this has also happened to the bottom oven as well at times resulting in delayed dinner. I am now waiting for a replacement but it has had to be ordered and there is a delay of at least 4 weeks I am told. In the meantime we have to keep checking both ovens if they are still alight all the time and you can't see without opening the door resulting in a loss of heat from the oven. I have now had to make myself present in my house 4 times so far to take delivery plus 3 times for repairmen to visit, and we now know there's going to be at least a 5th visit when the new oven which has had to be ordered finally turns up. I bought the oven on the 29th of February this year which is coming up to 5 months so far and still not working as it should.

- The run on of the fan after you switch the oven off is long and fairly loud.

- compared to my last oven"stoves" it is a lot easier to use

- the grill pan is a bit flimsy,but as luck would have it i had kept the old one which was a lot better

- Good points:
- I like the double gas oven, allows flexible cooking! The gas grill was my primary reason for purchase always having had one, instant heat!
- Bad points:

The oven was delivered and the main oven bulb had blown causing me to source another one from the local store, I realise bulbs can blow anytime but still disappointing.
Having to get used to lighting the oven with the door open, safety feature perhaps!
