Good points:: Very easy to use and very quiet during most of the cycle. Large drum which is very handy and good design preventing washing from getting stuck when removing. Mini Load also very useful. I haven't needed to use some of the features so can't comment on them but like the fact that you can pause when starting a cycle if you've dropped something or forgotten to include an item. Very satisfied.
Bad points:: Nothing really except possibly some of the cycles are a bit lengthy, but then you could use the Mini Load option.
