- Good points:
- Easy to use and keep clean. Has a defrost setting and a slow-cook setting. The ovens themselves are slightly larger than those of similar ovens with the same outer dimensions which is the main reason for choosing this particular model. The economy setting of the grill is handy for one slice of toast or grilling one portion as only one half of the grill is activated. It was very reasonably priced and I really can't fault it. I would buy the same again.
- Bad points:
- I still haven't fathomed the timer, mainly because I've not really had to use it. It doesn't seem particularly straight forward and neither was setting the clock although I did manage that eventually. However, someone else might not find it a problem at all.

- Good points:
- oven is good on performance and looks but let down by a couple of the features.
- Bad points:
- timer is really quiet only hear it if you are stood next to it ( have spoken to manufacturer but they say that is how it is set) the grill door does not sit flat when it is open so if you rest the hot grill pan on it it slides inside the hot grill.i know these are small points but they do get irritating over prolonged use.

- Good points:
- Very easy to use previous oven had small oven at bottom so find this one much easier to use. Looks smart and is easy to clean. Has all the programmes I would use. Found the knobs strange at first but are a good idea to be flush when not in use.
- Bad points:
- None
