Good points:: Lots of programmes for different types of fabrics
Clear instructions
Very clean clothes
Bad points:: The dryer is a little awkward to work out with iron dry ,completely cupboard dry and nearly dry options -they can all be a bit similar for my personal liking

Good points:: Very good spin speed - clothes almost dry after a normal (or eco) wash. Very easy to use and straightforward. Good value for money. Tumbler dryer is also very good (can vary how dry you want the clothes) - previous combi washer-dryers haven't been as good at drying as this washer. Actually 'A' rated on eco wash (59 mins) and clothes are practically dry without even using the tumbler dryer function.
Bad points:: Can be a little noisy (due to spin speed) but I have a separate kitchen so is not a problem for me.
