- not hot enough. asked for collectioon of old dryer and not actioned so was left to me to arrange a collection when it is sold as part of the product

- the only fault for me is the door opens the wrong way as I have it on an outside wall for the vent hose, it would be nice to be given the choice of right or left opening

- Very noisey, takes a long time to dry clothes. No indicators on time frame takes a while to work out the correct drying time for the size of load you are trying to dry.

+ A brilliant machine.Dries 'quicker' than anticipated and very silent.
Simple 'common sense' settings to operate Economic and efficient.
Great 'extractor vent' tube, long and bendy! Silent operations.!
Clothes come out dry with little creasing (less ironing needed).
More time on my hands to enjoy home!

- The power light stays on after the cycle has finished, my dryer is in the garage therefore if I forget how long I set the cycle for and when it should end or if I am out for the day, the dryer is on standyby until I open the dryer door.

- I would of given this product 10 out of 10 if the vent hose had been longer. This has caused us so many problems trying to install the machine in our utility room.

+ Simple enough to use and I like this type of door with a double hinge,as it's less likely to break than a single hinged one.
