+ Gets things really nice and dry but do be careful if you go to bed and it hasn't finished a cycle it will keep turning over all night which is a real waste.
The drum is huge and drys better when really full and you can get absolutely loads in.
the synthetics or cool dry is good and things don't get scorched and shrunk
water container is big and doesn't have to be emptied after every cycle.

- it is pretty noisy and there is no alarm to say it has finished see above.
emptying the water container is a pain: it is a floor level and is heavy and cumbersome. the cover for this is fiddly too.

+ We bought this machine because we had a baby, live in a flat, couldnt get downstairs to hang the laundry out in winter. With the extra laundry it has been great. Energy efficiency rating B was one of the main reasons I chose this machine, the price was fine, alot of B or A rating machines are alot more expensive. I like the glass door and controls are easy to use. The machine looks good and was very easy to install. Instruction manual is clear. Lint trap is very easy to remove and clean out.

- When we empty the water container sometimes a little bit spills when moving it up to the sink. This is a very minor point. The fluff gets trapped in the seal round the door which looks a little unsightly but it is easily removed with your finger once the machine cools down. When I use the dryer I open the kitchen window for ventilation, if I dont the room gets warm and a little humid.

It has a large drum, quite adequate for a normal wash load.
It is easy to manage a drying sequence to exactly fit my requirements by turning it off and on again.
This makes it very economical, and that's a high priority with curent prices.

- This dryer doesn't have a timer, so you choose a sensor programme. But for example, when you set the dryer to 'Extra Dry' the clothes are still really damp when it finishes and you have to put it back through for another full cycle which kind of cancels the whole energy efficiency rating as i'm having to dry the clothes twice to be able to wear them.

- The only bad point from my point of view, although it is a good point, is that after the cycle finishes every 10 minutes the drum rotates to help avoid creases. For me this can be annoying as I used to put the machine on and leave it whilst I was out but I do not feel able to do this with this machine as it continues to go. + Finally decided to get a tumbledryer and so far haven't been at all disappointed with this model. It's not too noisy (we do have it in the garage though), it's takes a decent load and it doesn't take too long on each cycle. The clothes come out feeling lovely, not overly dried out and wrinkled at all.

+ Huge drum - lots of settings which work well. The clothes come out much more uncreased than my previous dryer. Quieter and much more efficient than I thought it would be. So far I like it a lot.

- The room still steams up a little - and if I didn't have the dryer up on a shelf I would find taking the panel off and emptying the water out annoying. But still it is easier than I expected it to be.

+ As long as I don't overfill it, the clothes come out dry and without needing an iron (bar the obvious bits). It's tidy, unlike the vented one we had before, which made a mess with the lint.

- A minor point but I wish it was quicker on the bone dry cycle.

+ Good energy efficiency rating for the price we paid, good features (although the 'extra dry' option never comes out completely dry), good drum size and so far can't see any issues with the build quality.

- Every time you want to empty the water you have to remove a kick plate, which is then not easy to replace. We have ended up leaving it off, which really spoils the look of the product. Also, the 'extra dry' option always stops with the clothes still slightly damp and 'cupboard dry' (the next option down) leaves them still too damp for me to be happy putting them away.

+ Easy to use and understand. 8kg drum is great and knowing that the energy rating is B is a plus

- The water collection box is too low and too fidley to use because you have to remove the lower front plate to access water container and then replace it is not that straight forward. If you miss the socket it won't go back into place.

+ Drys very well and fairly quiet large capacity

- The mechanism to empty the water was designed by a five year old, you have to remove a panel at frount it's a pain.. And won't last long..

+ Controls seem sturdy. Efficient design. Results seem good.

- Lower panel to remove to access waste water tank seems a bit flimsy so care should be taken not to break this.
