- Good points:
- Hoovers up dog very well. Although a tad heavy to lift you do not notice this when vacuuming as it pushes easily.
- Bad points:
- Can topple over when using hose. Also a bit heavy to carry upstairs.

Josie, Bolton Bad cleaner turned good!
- Good points:
- Very powerful suction and the brushes make an easy job of pet hair/fluff on deep pile carpets where previous vacuums have failed. Easy to change bag means no contact with the dirt which has been a problem for me with previous 'bagless' vacuums. Easy to manouveur and not too bulky. Cord comes from close to the handle which I love. Previous vacuums have had the cord coming out too close to the bottom of the vacuum and I was constantly running over it. Lots of suction and very little blow out unlike other vacs. Nice, simple looking vacuum cleaner.
- Bad points:
- The tube that the tools attach to isn't very lightweight or flexible so when you're using the tools, the vac becomes a bit unstable/top heavy and tips over. Just takes a bit of getting used to and Im personally am willing to accept this fault for it's outstanding cleaning performance..particularly for the price.
