- only able to hold 2 tools even though hoover supply 3. Doesn't start first time. Main extension keeps coming off the hose. Hose twists and then suction goes.

- The on/off button needs to be really pushed hard to get it to turn on/off. It gets really bunged up has to be emptied every other day or suction is poor.
