Good points:: unfortunately very few good points circuit board is absloutely rubbish and constantly goes haywire doing the wrong programmes, then goes back to doing the right programme, when this happens you are unable to override the programme, VERY FRUSTRATING. Machine even though states large drum is very shallow. When on 1400 spin it sounds as if the washing machine is going to blow-up and the whole kitchen shakes.
Even though only a few months old washing machine has now flooded my kitchen floor this morning while i was out, making the laminate floor liftup totally ruining the floor.I Would never recommend a hoover washing machine to anyone. From a very dissapointed ex- customer

Good points:: 2 mins reading the instructions and i was using this with confidence knowing that i had the correct programme for my delicate clothing. Great machine and with a 5 year guarantee.
Bad points:: Drawer at the front for putting the powder/liquid detergent etc is a bit flimsy and could be easily broken but i put my detergent into the drum with the load so this shouldn't be a problem.
