+ Powerful effective cleaner. Very good at removing pet hair from carpets.Good value for money.

- Flex could be a bit longer and you have to watch it does not get caught up in the hoover.

+ A modestly priced well known brand Dyson mimic. About one third price!

- Are attachments really necessary? If so good. If not they're a fiddly extra.

+ Excellent suction

- Not keen on the handle.

+ Turbo brush excellent. Very easy to use

- Cable comes from bottom of hoover.

+ Cleans very well with good suction. Good to have varying levels of the brushes depending on the floor/carpet. Lightweight compared to a lot of vacuum cleaners of this power level.

- Hose for the tools could do with being a bit longer as it is very stretched when cleaning stairs.

- cable comes out from bottom of cleaner so easy to run over. Needs emptying regularly because quite small

+ A lot lighter than my old one so alot easier for me to work with as I'm semi disable and does a good job.

- lead too low would be better higher. I like many others I would think, have a job to bend and need to hold lead so I don't fall over it.

- the carpet height adjustment,dosent seem to adjust properly when going to carpet from hard floor- sometimes u are hoovering round and all of a sudden the hoover will just suck the floor even more-its abit like pushing a tank- but i guess the performance outways this

- topples over very quickly, cumbersome to lug it up each stair, cable too low therefore it has to be over your shoulder all the time (strangle yourself sometimes), cable is too short therefore you have to keeping plugging the cleaner in each room, stair accessory feels too flimsy.
