- I returned this product after 2 days because I found it practically unusable. It was incredibly heavy and almost impossible to manouver. It was also extremely loud although if that had been the only issue I could have lived with it.

- Great hoover, very powerful and givesa wonderful new carpet finish after hoovering. Other comments read before I purchased this that related to noise are over the top - if you buy something as powerful as this is you must expect some noise.

- Tool hose fixing is a little clumbsy and too near the electrical wire housing
