+ quiet, time delay, efficient

- internal trays are very ineffective. bowls and small plates will not stand up without touching each other or stopping the rotating arms. there are not enough vertical spikes to support crockery, glasses etc. this shortcoming is so frustrating with this machine it annoys me every time we use it. I really would like to return it and get a better one. our old one of 20 years was far easy to use and stack and get good washing. internal tray design is unknown when purchasing machine yet is fundemaentally important. Disappointing

+ quiet - good price

- Took a long time to work out how the controls worked as many of the buttons are dual function - big mistake - you are never sure what you are doing. My 70 year old mother doesn't need the angst. wouldn't recommend on this fault alone. My car stereo has dual function buttons too and they are bloody confusing.

- Not obvious where to stack odd shaped dishes OR tall glasses. Trying to do too many things at once rather than just suiting a typical household. Instructions on how to load machine very difficult to follow.
