- hoover falls over when using the pipe - haven't discovered the stability bit on the bottom yet. Blows the dust everywhere on hard floors, pipe and wire get in the way when you are hoovering.

Score 9.0/10+ Several settings for different carpet types, really gets deep into the carpets and clearly cleans well. Additional pet hair attachment for soft furnishings is excellent. Having had Dysons in the past I was worried that this wouldn't be so good but bought the Hoover because it was cheaper and I'm glad I did, it's very effective.
- Only that there are too many tools to fit all onto the machine, and it does have a tendancy to fall over, but hardly a great hardship.
