Within just 30 days of purchase a repair visit was needed. A hinge in the door turned out to have factory grease still on it, so the door stopped working. It is also very noisy - not just during cycle but with three huge beeps at the end of each cycle. Wakes people up!
At least the Hoover repair person was exemplary. Arrived dead on time and made the repair well and quickly. A pleasure.

Design of bottom rack very awkward and having the cutlery container at the rear is very irritatingt when you want to throw in the odd knife and fork.
4 basic programmes but getting to the 'other' 8 is not intuitive. Not very user friendly

Cutlery basket does not fit snugly in bottom rack. Positioning can lead to some of plate racks being made redundant.
Far too many programmes, making selection quite complicated and difficult. Surely does a dishwasher warrant twelve different washing cycles!!!!!

The deep rack on top shelf accommodates long stemmed wine glasses. Loads of space in top and bottom shelves.
Cleaning is very effective and the machine runs quietly (we have open kitchen & dining room).
Despite the couple of concerns below, it is a good product. - Bad points:

The deep top rack reduces the space (height) available in the bottom rack. In theory, there is capacity for 12 place settings but the angled plate racks limit number of dinner plates that can be stored - they rest against the side of the dishwasher. However, we seldom require that capacity.
It's also worth noting that extra large dinner plates are likely to impair the movement of the rotary spray arm above.
