+ Nice looking design, But thats as far as it goes.

- Electric Program Guide is to small to read unles you are sitting two feet away and looking square on at the screen, The ON/Off switch is hidden and tucked away at the back of the set making it difficult to switch On and Off, Atthough it boasts nicam sound the quality is very poor and tinny I have had to connect external speakers just to be able to hear it. the picture quality is also poor, I wish I was able to see and listen to the set before I bought it.

+ You would have no idea that there had ever been anything wrong with this TV. It came in the original box with all the original documentation and looked like it had just come straight from the manufacturer.
I bought it for my eldest son and he is over the moon, did need to get a digital amplifier aerial so he would receive all of the digital channels but more than worth it.
Picture quality is great, sound is great and he isn't trying to hog our TV downstairs anymore so that's great too!!

- the EPG is very small - could do with being spread accross the screen more - but maybe it does and i havent found it yet :)

- As it is a smallish TV when the EPG is brought up it only appears on a small part of the screen as is almost so small as to be unreadable, plus it only shows what the next programme is, not what time it is at, nor does it scroll forward any further than that.

- Not very satisfied with audio performance, speakers' size not enough, an additional scart plug-in would be an advantage.

- First TV faulty and had to be returned.
Too difficult to get a replacement in store so had refund and re ordered on the net.
2 nd. TV very good so overall quite pleased with purchase.

+ It was fairly easy to set up,once I had worked out that no signal didn't mean that. The picture quality is excellent.

BUT THE REAL SHOCK TO ME WAS THAT I BOUGHT IT FOR THE CONSERVATORY AND BOUGHT A WALL MOUNTING BRACKET ONLY TO FIND THIS CAN NOT BE WALL MOUNTED SO NOT ONLY HAVE I WASTED MY MONEY I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THE TELE HAD I KNOWN THAT..THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN POINTED OUT AT THE TIME OF SALE OR WHEN BEING ADVERTISED BEFORE YOU BUY BUT NEVER MIND I NOW HAVE A TELE IN THE KITCHEN THAT I DIDN'T WANT BUT IT MAKES THE IRONING LESS BORING.

+ It offered excellent value for money. The manual isn't the best I have used but not bad.

- I haven't worked out if you can make the Freeview text to bring up the name of the proggramme on. Also it is annoying that I am taking the headphone feed into an amplifier and the only way to adjust the volume is via the main menu. But this is only a small thing.

- the problem with this refurbished tv was the fact it was left on the factory settings so ws of no use. the tv itself looked amazing.but was no use.
