Score 10.0/10+ I'm very pleased with this product. It seems to be well constructed (all stainless inside and out except for handle and parts of the lid). Well thought out design and pretty good looking on the kitchen counter. V. practical, easy to use, I love the multi-directional base as it can be used by left-handed people as well, my husband is left-handed so this feature is a bonus. It has a transparent wall segment to measure water level. Blue back-light that goes on and lights this "window" when the kettle is switched on, is a nice touch. It both attracts attention and simplifies reading the water level. Like in most up-to-date models, the heating spiral is not located inside the boiling case, but rather underneath it, which makes the design more reliable, and it is also much easier to wash the kettle inside. It's easy to open the lid, and the opening is wide to add water with no problems or dripping. It boils water quickly. Cheaper than most stain-steel kettles that are on the market currently, so great value for money too. If you are looking for a great kettle, look no further. I absolutely love it.

Score 8.0/10+ Great looking kettle, appears very sturdy and works a treat. The inside looks very easy to clean (hidden element).
- The flip-up lid can be a little awkwad sometimes if filling from a separate filter jug - but you get used to it!

Score 9.0/10+ Love the button operated lid.
- The kettle doesn't switch off when removed from base, so you could empty the kettle and it would still attempt to boil when replaced onto the base.

Score 8.0/10+ The capicity is good for a larger office and it boils quickly
- The only grumble I have had is the kettle is a bit on the heavy side but I suppose you cant have it all ways

Score 7.0/10+ Large capacity. Stylish.
- 1st kettle I had was great but you cannot buy replacement filters, so mine just rotted away and then the lid would not open (push button) so I bought a new one. Despite many boil ups the new one did not get rid of its new metallic taste. Thorogh cleaning and boiling made no difference, so I exchanged it for a new one which unfortunately was no better so I got a refund and went out and bought a similar looking Bosch no problems at all.
