- Good points:
- You can select various print qualities. I usually select fast/economical and the speed is brilliant and the quality is good too. You would expect the quality to drop from good to bad when comparing the economical setting to normal but there isn't much difference. Ink is also very cheap...chepaer than lexmark, which is why i opted for an hp opposed to a lexmark.
- Bad points:
- It is very noisy when starting up and then sometimes when I am printing economical, the pages get stuck and you have to press a button to release it and then it means that you have to miss htat page and then print it again after.

- The printer is of a very acceptable machine now it is working correctly(see below)

This was a exchange/replacement for one previously purchased from you. The first proved impossible to load. It would appear that there was a problem/fault in the installation programme supplied with the original. Attempts to install the second one was also a problem!
I had to employ an I T Engineer to install the second one, with his charges and an extended(over 1 hour) call to the HP call centre in South Africa I spent far in excess of the original cost (therefore value for [money only rated as a 2). It would appear that there is an underlying problem with the installation problem that HP recognised but the recovery from this was a long process.
