- No HDMI cable in the box which was disappointing as I had one in the box when I previously purchased an elite you would expect that the super elite being a more expensive package would have one in the box as standard.

- Was disappointed with the live tv aspect, the impression I had was that when you signed for gold status you would recieve tv for that gold fee. Only after I had signed was I made aware that a further hefty fee would apply. I think Microsoft should advertise more fairly and make people aware that this service is a further subscription item.

- Product scratched game disc so game disc could not be read, not knocked, nudged or moved like Microsoft tell you. Disc drive started to make clanking noise with disc in after nine days of use, this caused scratches. X box has been sent back but Microsoft advised game disc not covered. Would advise people to check forums for this fault, appears to be common fault. Have WII and ps2 and no problems with game discs. Xbox will be away three to four weeks for checking.

- A HDMI cable and a wireless adaptor or a play and charge kit included with the console would of been nice.... Just means more costs to buy them from an outside source.

Having skipped "4" in favour of "World Tour", Guitar Hero's back to its numerical counting system with the forthcoming release of Guitar Hero 5, due on 18 September.
