+ It does the job! Good value

- Big, bulky, heavy & noisy.

+ A compact unit which produces very cold air - Not too noisy if using the slow fan speed

- Fairly noisy on high fan speed + Air cool setting.
Outlet hose short & not very flexible

+ Fan, De-humidifier and AC all in one. Value for money

- The hose it not long enough to feed through the window. The hose itself is not flexible but solid. You would need t buy an additional hose so that it can be fed through an open window.

- we had no idea when we purchased the product it would be so difficult to get it installed. we can hang a pipe out of a window but we wanted it vented through a wall and to date we have not been able to find anyone to do it.

+ Cools one room really well. So well the wife complained it was freezing. Which is what I wanted for my office.

- Bit of a palava having to stick the hose out a window and block up all the gaps.

- NONE: But it would be nice if they made one that would run without putting a tube out of the window/door

+ Very compact unit. Quick to start producing cool air. The noise factor is bearable even in a bedroom. It maintains the temperature throughout the night and makes sleeping during the summer humid nights much easier.

- The venting hose is only 1.5 meters which is not quite enough to stretch to a top vented window. 2 meters would be much better.

- I dont like the fixed angled hose connectors. Should be adjustable.onnectors tend to come undone when you move the unit
