Good points:: It's easy to use, makes a great cup of coffee and fits under the wall cupboards in the kitchen.
Bad points:: On the other hand, you can't make coffee for a diner party using it and if you try to use the steamer and the espresso maker together, the steam pressurises the hot water more then the pump.
