+ Very easy to use, excellent screen (even in bright sun). Good quality feel. Excellent battery life.

- When using flash for potraits can give a lot of skin glare. I generally always leave the flash of as the camaera takes very good pictures in poor light without a flash.

- Because of the size sometimes when taking a photo pressing the shutter button can cause some camera shake.

+ This camera is great in low level conditions. The battery is pretty good. It's a very handy size - no bumpt bits - so slips easily into a handbag or pocket. It's easy to use and has a lovely big screen.

- The sharpness on the screen when you take a low level pic can be a little misleading when you come to print - but it's still good quality. The flash is a little too harsh, but I suppose it's the same with all digis.

Few things slip into your pocket and look better than Apple's black nano, but Fujifilm's FinePix Z2 comes pretty close. There's a svelte grace and finery to this camera that makes it a pleasure look at. There are 2 main types of camera: The SLR and the Compact. SLR stands for Single Lens Reflex. SLR cameras use a prism to reflect the exact image as seen through the lens and so offers a more accurate viewfinder. SLR cameras have detachable lenses offering greater flexibility if you wish to take a variety of different photographs. Compact cameras have a built in lens and an ‘above lens’ viewfinder which is less accurate but they are often cheaper, more sleekly designed and easier to carry anywhere with you to capture that moment perfectly without having to fiddle with complex settings or a bag full of lenses.
