+ It feels pretty solid and does what the label says.
Its a good looking piece of equipment.

- After 10 days the mains plug started playing up - its been fine since replacing the plug

+ Performance the ability to use EZE pods or ground coffee.

- Steaming milk is a little fiddly

+ Great machine

- Expensive. Water tank could be bigger.

+ Great design.

- Cofffee cools too quickly.

+ Looks good

- Makes poor quality coffee compared to our previous coffee maker

- steam arm could be a little longer and more flexible, will not accomodate 250mm jug properly, but is adequate

+ Very good quality authentic espresso

- Quite hard to produce the right consistency of steamed milk for capuccino

+ Classic design. Well made. Makes a great espresso from real fresh coffee (not capsules or sachets).

- Not the most logical thing to use at first.
Milk steamer pipe is not very long which makes getting the milk jug in place a little tricky

+ This is the best product on the market which uses both ground and pods which gives flexibility.
