Enerytime you sart/stop record....that is a clip/file to download. Does not continue as a normal camcorder does.
Not compatible with Windows Movie Maker, which is the software we were hoping to use as this is what the children use at school to edit movie clips!. Not had a chance to use Flipware yet to comment.

- I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this type of camcorder. Based on these reviews I deciced to buy this model as opposed to the later updated ones. Very pleased with price - great value for money. The camcorder is very portable and easy to use. Makes capturing those special unplanned moments a reality. Small, portable and quick to use to capture those special times. I would certainly recommend this model to both novices and those with a more experience in the field of videoing. I am very happy with this Flip Video. In fact made I further purchases of same model.

- To be quite honest I haven't come across any yet. Therefore I can't made negative comments.

- Good points:
- This product is extremely easy to use in that you can retrieve it from a pocket and be filming in seconds. I used it to film my children skiing and even when having to take ski gloves off and unzip pockets to retrieve it I never missed the action. Really good fun and the kids had a great time with it too.
- Bad points:
- The only negative we had with it was that the first set of batteries only lasted a couple of hours. But we have only replaced them once so hopefully it was a dodgy battery rather than a problem with the camera.
