- Good points:
- Picture quality and sound very good. Easy to use but difficult to use with computer. Pocket size and looks like a mobile phone so great to carry around.
- Bad points:
- The inability of Flip to interract and work with microsoft is a huge disappointment. Having lots of problems putting short videos onto dvd and have used various packages. On web one answer suggested by Flip is Microsoft scripts but problem really is down to Flip not ensuring this product works works with all Windows packages. I would certainly try and put off anybody buying one of these and feel like this purchase has been a waste of time. No wonder Pepsi were giving them away for free!

- Good points:
- I think the Flip is an excellent product and this is the 2nd one I have purchased after giving the first one to my daughter.
- Bad points:
- The Flip is semi charged when bought and the blurb says it should work as soon as it has been linked to your pc. This was not the case and after I had left if connected to my pc for 5 hours, I decided to google the problem. I discovered that others had experienced the same frozen issue and the general advice was to reset the Flip by inserting a pin/needle in to a small hole at the base of the camera. This fixed the problem and the Flip was up and running. My brother then purchased a Flip on my advice and he had the same issue - only the reset procedure didn't work. He has returned the product.
