+ A nice looking bike

- The pedals are of low quality and double threaded. The brakes broke the very first time i used the bike and the chain came off when changing gears. The seat is also very uncomfortable.

+ Not Much. Colouring of the bike isn't bad I suppose.

- Poorly made bicycle. Peddle fell off due to threading. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED

+ Very Good value for Money and looks good as well

- Having a problem with the stem bolt going thru the handle bars it keeps working its way loose i took it off to a cycle shop for it to be checked they said its not holding as it should and that it should be replaced by the suppliers just havent got round to ringing them yet,

+ Excellent value for money. Reasonable quality components. Gear change smooth. Weight not excessive for such a budget bike. Has proved better quality and more reliabe than a similar specification "Apollo" branded bike costing £40 more

- Brakes required adjustment within 2 days use due to slight cable stretch.

+ The good points are that it is a very light weight frame and easily carried up a flight of stairs

- Since i have purchased this bike i have had nothing but problems with it.
Firstly on the first day of using it the chain snapped in half and i had to pay £15 to have the chain replaced and the gears set properly(it was found that the chain was too small for the gears)
Secondly and the most recent is that the left pedal crank has failed,this happened while riding when the pedal fell off.This is going to cost me a further £20 to put right.
Yes when i phoned customer services after the first fault they kindly offered me £25 as a goodwill gesture,this i accepted.But to have the bike fail again in a short period of time is upsetting.
The bike was purchased in August 2009 and up to October 2009 it has needed 2 big faults put right.I shall be contacting customer services again shortly.
