- This product was a complete waste of money and time - continuous jamming even when only putting 4 pieces of thin paper through at a time when it was supposed to take many sheets more at a time - rubbish

Score 9.0/10+ Although big it is a bit slimmer than most (so longer) and so can fit along a wall nicely without jutting out too much. The finger sensor makes me feel much more secure with kids touching it. 3 ways to turn on and off so again more secure. Fairly quiet but not hush hush. I use this for a home office and it is fine for that purpose.
- Nothing major really as they tend to show up after a few months with rattling etc but so far so good. However the waste removal is not great as you have to remove the top and empty the bin - I would prefer a slide out bin so you dont need to remove the top cutting mechanism, but this is quite common among cheaper models.

blades needs regular oiling (Should be steel or self maintaining),

Score 8.0/10+ Easy to use and set up, shreds several thicknesses of paper at same time.
- The pieces shredded should be smaller, it is still possible to read some of the detail. The top is rather heavy and care needs to be taken not to get ones fingers caught on the sharp blades when returning the top after emptying the bin which is rather small for the volume of paper it can cut at once. Run time of five minutes is very short and fifteen minutes would be better.
