- Takes a little time to configure the wireless network through a router (you have to use an ethernet cable) but worked fine in the end. It was the first wireless printer I had configured too, so you shouldn't knock the printer too much!!

+ Print quality on normal and glossy photo paper is excellent, colours are rich thanks to multiple inks. Printing an A4 page at full photo quality is very quick. The extra features such as CD tray for printing onto CD's and adjustable control panel are handy and the overall build quality it excellent.

- Paper tray to support prints is flimsy but not something most people will be doing anything with that should break it.

+ All the functions are of a very high quality. I have not been disappointed when printing, copying or scanning. I have yet to test printing directly from an SD card or onto a CD.

- A little on the noisy side when picking up the paper. Nothing else noticed yet.

+ It is quite easy to use and I feel happy leaving it on standby all the time, always ready to use wherever I am in the house.

- It says wireless but doesnt say only if you have a wireless PC otherwise you have to spend a further £70 to make it so. It does not say that anywhere in the sales blurb, pretty unhappy about that. Its noisy as well.notwithstanding that I am pleased with it as a printer

i would have to give this printer 10/10.

- No USB lead. Took ages to work out how to use scanner. Not obvious even to pc aware users. The optical cable ( supplied ) works with the printer, but not the scanner.

+ Prints fast and doesn't seem to use ink as quickly as some of my old printers.

- Print quality on coloured pictures could be slightly better, but other than that can't fault it.

+ As with all Epson printers the print quality is excellent.

+ Brilliant printer. Easy to setup through our wireless internet box. I love the paper tray, just like a photocopier so no paper sticking out the top of the printer collecting dust. The scanner is brilliant and fast. The printer is quiet and the print quality is fab.

- No real bad points, except that it's not clear that you can not connect wireless directly to the printer, you need a router.
