Score 8.0/10+ Don't need to iron a lot of clothes anymore. Great for school trousers, jumpers, t-shirts etc. Works really well as tumble dryer too - fast. Refresh programme is fantastic - put a creased jacket in and 17 mins later it looks like it's been dry cleaned.
- Filling up the iron-aid container bit fiddley as have to keep water from dryer and pour inot separate container- doesn't seem to last long. Not so good for shirts and would still need quick iron if you were fussy or going for an interview.

Score 6.0/10+ Does help on cutting down ironing but shirts would need to be pressed before you could wear them
- I have only had my machine in operation 1 month and it has broken down

The Iron Aid function really does work. We don't do ironing any more! For day to day wear no need to iron. If you were going to an interview or something you might want to give your shirt a quick iron on the front.
Easy to use - filters are easy to access. Drying sensor works well.
- Expensive.

Automatically adjusts drying time, so no need to keep checking progress.
Iron Aid is excellent - take clothes out, hang them up - no ironing!
- The price. Expensive but now having used it worth it.

Score 10.0/10+ makes her work much easier, also loads of different programs so you can just dry a handfull of shirts when you need them for example, compliments the washer by the same manufacturer, helps to reduce wrinkles and almost let us throw the iron away! happy days
- costs a few quid, but then you do get what you pay for.

Cotton Shirts via the steam cycle really don't need ironing afterwards.
Consenser container easy to access and empty.
The M/C auto senses the cycle time depending on dampness of clothes - saves you having to keep checking
Cycle end tone alarm - useful in reminding you to empty and put in the next batch
Wool cycle - great fro sweaters
- Fluffs up quite a lot in door filtre

Score 7.0/10+ There are many options to use on the Dryer, I haven't used them all though. Would like to try out the Iron functionality but haven't done so. It is easy to use and the clothes feel really fresh
- The dryer is quite loud
